Warranty + Return Policy
Due to our items being made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please reach out to us so that we can help you choose a piece that is right for you.
Warranty and damage cover
We understand that you will love and wear your pieces regularly. With regular use, general wear and tear may occur. To help prevent damage to your jewellery, please wear your pieces in accordance to our Jewellery Wear, Care & Cleaning Guide. If you have any questions or concerns about when you should wear or remove your jewellery, please reach out to us and we would be happy to answer your questions.
All Raelyn Rose Jewellery pieces come with a standard 2 year consumer warranty. We offer one free ring resize within 30 days of purchase out of good faith, however the ring must be mailed back to us (securely packaged and with full tracking) so that we can carry out the resize. After 30 days, ring resizing will be offered at an additional cost that will be quoted prior to any work commencing, and on a case-by-case basis.
Our standard two year warranty does not cover accidental damage (repairs for accidental damage will incur a repair fee). Our warranty also does not cover the loss or damage of gemstones or diamonds (stones replacements will incur additional fees depending on the type and size of the stone).
We offer a variety of maintenance and repair services for our jewellery such as resizing, re tightening of stones, re-rhodium plating, buffing, polishing, etc. Please reach out to us if you require these services, so that we may quote you depending on your requirements and your particular piece of jewellery. This will be decided on a case by case basis, depending on the services required. Repairs and servicing is offered for the lifetime of your piece, and is not only limited to the first two years after purchase.
Our warranty will be void if:
- Another jeweller has undertaken any kind of work on your Raelyn Rose piece, such as repairs or resizing. We offer a wide range of repairs, and we also offer resizing. All work on our pieces must be complete by us, otherwise our warranty will no longer be valid.
- Your piece was purchased over two years ago (i.e. the warranty has expired; however we will still repair/service your piece for an additional cost).
